1. Who provides the service

Dear.you is operated by Mobile Apps Raw Company, a French SAS registered with the Créteil Trade and Companies Register under number 935 129 346. Contact contact@rawmobile.app for order help.

Existing video-letter purchases remain subject to their original video-letter terms. This product change does not cancel existing orders.

2. What you purchase

One order covers one personalized English song created using AI from your answers. It includes generated lyrics, sung vocals, music, an MP3 download, and a private gift page. We do not promise a human performer, an imitation of a named artist, or an exact voice, tempo, or duration. Illustrative lyrics on the website are labeled examples, not customer recordings or reviews.

3. Price and payment

The price is $44.10 USD for one song, including applicable taxes. There is no subscription. The total appears before payment and in Stripe Checkout. Stripe Managed Payments and Link process payment and applicable transaction support. Your confirmed order price is fixed.

Song generation begins after payment is verified. If ordering is unavailable, the website does not take payment. A checkout session alone is not proof of a completed purchase.

4. Delivery and access

We deliver your song within seven days of payment by emailing a private order link to the address you provide. Keep that link private. You choose when and with whom to share the separate gift link. Anyone with the gift link can listen and download; it is not restricted to a verified recipient identity.

The song and gift page are hosted for one year from completion. Download your MP3 during that period to keep it for personal listening. Email filters and incorrect contact details can prevent notification, so you can also use your order link to check progress. Contact us if your song has not arrived by the stated delivery deadline.

5. Refunds

You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of payment. Use the refund control on your private order page or email us with your order number. A refund disables hosted listening and the gift link. Your payment provider determines when the refund appears in your account.

If we fail to provide the purchased service, contact us for completion or a refund. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights or payment-provider remedies.

6. Your answers and the generated song

You must be at least 18 and have permission to provide the names, memories, and personal details you submit. Do not include confidential information, unlawful content, threats, or material that infringes someone else’s rights. Submit your own memories and words rather than copying existing song lyrics.

You retain rights in your submitted material. You allow us and the generation, hosting, and payment providers to process the information needed to create and deliver your order. AI output can contain errors, including pronunciation mistakes. Listen before playing it at an event and contact us if something is wrong.

The product is sold for personal listening and gifting. We do not promise exclusive copyright, copyright registration, or clearance for commercial release, advertising, or impersonating a real performer.

7. Privacy and support

Our Privacy Policy explains the information processed by Dear.you and its providers. Authorized staff can access order details and generated audio when needed for service and support. We do not describe the service as inaccessible to staff.

8. Governing terms

French law governs the service, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Contact us first about a dispute. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear unresolved disputes. The terms accepted at payment govern your order; updates apply to future orders.
